Whale Done:
The Positive Approach to Leadership |
![]() |
This 4-hour workshop is unique in the world of leadership education. The basis of the course is the concept of operant learning. Participants will first learn the theory behind operant learning and positive reinforcement, and explore how they have sound foundation in over one hundred years of well-researched psychology. Since the 1950s, research has shown the power of positive reinforcement, first in human activities and relationships, and subsequently with animals. A key component of the class is teamwork and collaboration: networks developed in the course will continue after an employee's return to the job.
